Spend the afternoon exploring Beaver Creek Village with your fellow guests in a lighthearted, interactive adventure, capped off with lunch.
Location: we’ll begin at the village’s (covered) ice rink. This activity will have you traveling, so please be on time as to not miss the group.

7:30 – 10 PM
Kick off the wedding weekend with cocktails and light bites on the base of the mountain.
For those staying within the bounds of Beaver Creek, you can utilize Beaver Creek's complimentary shuttle system to get to the Clubhouse. Please download their "Village Connect" app to book a ride. For those driving, there is free parking at the Beaver Creek Village parking structure.

Dress: Colorado Cocktail
(Think sundresses or skirts with cowboy boots; bolo ties and western shirts. Denim is fine, and cowboy hats are encouraged. Bonus points to the guest with the biggest belt buckle.)
Saturday, August 2ndCeremony & Reception
4:30–11 PM
Join us as we exchange vows on the mountainside at Beaver Creek. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the lawn, followed by dinner and dancing in the dining room at Beano’s Cabin.
Shuttle Information:
Complimentary shuttles will depart from Centennial Station (directly across from The Osprey Hotel) beginning at 3:40 PM. Shuttles will loop continuously until the final departure at 4:10 PM. Please arrive on time, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
Important Notes:
Beano’s Cabin is nestled in a secluded area within Beaver Creek Resort. Private transportation to the venue is not permitted. Shuttle service back to the resort will be available throughout the evening upon request.
If you're staying outside of walking distance from Centennial Station, we recommend using the "Village Connect" app to arrange a ride to the shuttle pickup location.
